If a slice of heaven constitutes a large piece of a ultra-thin crusted, wood-fired pizza: we'll never sin again. The menu at Saint Michiba, located in a funky building that features a changing rainbow lighting scheme at night, is themed to match the religiosity of its name. Virtues are the starters, the Trinity features your sides, the Garden of Eden lists their salads, the Heavenly Host and Franciscan Order are your pizzas and Last Temptations are all those sinful desserts for which you'll want to save room.
Chow down on your slices as the wall lights shift from blue to green to pink and back again in this pious pizzeria. We recommend the Gabriel, a thin-crust pie covered in smoked ham, pepperoni, cabanossi, pancetta, béarnaise sauce and chilli flakes certainly sounds divine. Saint Michiba’s also delivers if you’re in the mood for more of a night in.
