Time Out says

Perched high on a breathtaking clifftop in NSW’s South Coast, Bannisters is renowned not just for its dreamy infinity pool but also for its stylish seafood restaurant. Named after its creator, the acclaimed chef Rick Stein, this oceanfront dining room is by far one of the finest in NSW. The British celebrity chef has infused his signature pan-Asian flair into the menu, expertly combining it with the region's fresher-than-fresh seafood.

The menu consists almost entirely of fish-based meals, featuring freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, grilled Shark Bay scallops, premium sashimi and a showstopping eastern rock lobster thermidor. Complementing these culinary treasures is a local wine list that perfectly pairs with the flavours of the sea.
