Poku

Poke bars are all the rage at the moment and now the people of Chifley Plaza will be able to enjoy the Hawaiian fish salad for lunch with the opening of Poku. The take away joint from Jack Fonteyn and chef Jason Roberts will be serving up the poke bowls, which sees raw, cured fish, thrown together with noodles, rice and veggies.
