It's time to warm up your Wednesday evening by heading down the Kingsley's. The Woolloomooloo wharfside restaurant will be dishing out a perfectly matched three-course menu, which showcases some of the restaurant's best dishes paired with a series of fine whiskies.
Start with a half dozen oysters Kilpatrick or with chilli and coriander, matched with a glass of Talisker ten-year-old single malt. The main event is all about firing up a perfectly cooked steak, enjoy a rib eye fillet served with red wine jus, and an Ardbeg 10 year old single malt to complement it. Finally, you will end the night with a rich dark chocolate ganache or a serve of fourme d'Ambert blue cheese, paired with Glenmorangie nector dór 12 year old single malt. The three course, three whiskey flight experience is available every Wednesday night for $85 per person.
