Previously home to the much-loved Mexican pop-up restaurant, La Lupita, 325 Canterbury Road has been transformed into Pazar Food Collective, the latest venture by La Lupita’s Attila Yilmaz. As the owner and chef, Yilmaz not only serves up delicious-sounding food in the restaurant like wood blackened pumpkin with pepita salsa verde, feta and almonds, but the venue also boasts a hole-in-the-wall bar and food store.
For the moment though, it’s the eat-in menu that’s drawing the crowds. The menu is all about fusing some of Attila’s old La Lupita Mexican specialties alongside new Middle Eastern and Turkish offerings. All the dishes are designed for sharing, with the menu constantly evolving, depending on what’s in season.
