This pan Latin American hot spot is bringing flame cooked meats, tapas style dishes and tacos to Parramatta. Kick things off with baked Argentinean cheese with chorizo crumb; stuffed zucchini flowers; roast lamb empanadas and fried cauliflower bites. Mains include stacked churrasco skewers with beef, sausage or chicken, which you can enjoy with charred corn, Brazilian rice with black beans and sautéed greens with confit garlic. All meats are cooked on an Argentinean style Parilla grill over wood and charcoal, meaning it’s slow cooked and packed with smoky flavours. You'll find Pablo's on level three of Parra Leagues, which has balcony views and both indoor and outdoor seating options, plus a seriously colourful interior.
