It's a smashing good time at this Chatswood diner, which pays tribute to the rowdy American crab shacks where customers don a bib, grab heaps of napkins and take a giant wooden mallet to a bag of crabs before going in for a seafood feed. Or get a big bag of prawns if you're the less violent type – they come in 300g and 500g offerings. You get three options for sauce: original Old Bay (using the iconic American seasoning), garlic butter or a garlicky sweet chilli. They also serve a seafood chowder in a freshly baked bread bowl, grilled goodies like a scotch fillet or half a peri-peri chicken, along with four types of burger served with traditional fries, truffle fries or sweet potato chips.
