This Brighton Le Sands establishment has recently gotten a multimillion-dollar makeover and a fresh kitchen makeover. The day-to-night eatery kicks off with breakfast and coffee, before switching into dinner mode. With over 60 dishes on its sprawling dinner menu, the restaurant will serve you up starters of tempura oysters, salt and pepper lamb ribs or stuffed zucchini flowers. For mains it’s all about wood fired pizzas, rich pastas, burgers and steak. They also do big share plates, including dry aged bistecca T bone with chimmichurri sauce; slow cooked lamb shoulder; and pork knuckle with crispy crackling. There's also a devoted kids' menu, a huge dessert menu and an expansive drink menu.
