Before all the pasta fans out there get riled up, the tagliatelle al ragu is still on the menu at Mantecato, the risotto-focussed restaurant that has opened on the site of Balmain's Quattro Paste. With new co-owners and managers the pasta-specific Rosso Pomodoro spin-off will now be serving five different risottos, plus one kilo-steaks designed for romantic carnivorous to share.
