This new bar and yum cha spot overlooking Hyde Park comes to you from the people behind the Louts dumpling houses.
Head chef Chris Yan has created that's got all your yum cha favourites (scallop and snow pea tendril dumpling, xiao long bao, mixed mushroom spring rolls, sizzling Sichuan king prawns and soft shell crab) alongside some spiced up different dishes like grilled chicken thigh meatballs with pineapple sambal and crumbed chicken katsu gua bao with sriracha mayo.
You'll also smell the smoky scent of the shaokao-style Chinese barbeque, grilling up meat in the kitchen.
On the cocktail front they’ve got a short-but-sweet list of six cocktails, with each being named after tales, characters and events from Chinese mythology. Try the Great Imperial with lemongrass vermouth, spiced lychee and rose water or the Ninth Rite with whiskey, tarragon, mirin, apple, bamboo and pepperberry.
