Master chocolatiers since 1845, Lindt has become a staple Sydney cafe experience in Winter. The chocolate itself may have Swiss origins but all the cakes, ice-cream and chocolate delights are made in Sydney's south and hit plates fresh, decadent and true to the traditions of founder Rodolphe Lindt.
Few cafes can boast the array of sumptuous treats as Lindt, but no trip to any of their four Sydney cafes is complete without a hot chocolate - they average 400 a day, while the Martin Place cafe once topped 1,000 on a particularly wintry day in July 2009.
