Lan Yuan

Lan Yuan offers a bit of the old and the new with a menu of modernised Cantonese recipes such as salted duck egg yolk crispy tofu and Singapore-style mud crab. There is, of course, the traditional daily yum cha as well. The Ryde restaurant features an open kitchen, a tea bar and indoor/outdoor seating options in a lan yuan – or bamboo garden – themed setting.
