Koi Pop-Up Dessert Bar

In excellent news for the inner city suburb, the creative masterminds behind Sydney's Koi Dessert Bar have decided to set up shop in Waterloo until October. 

Established by ex-MasterChef star Reynold Poernomo and his brothers, the Chippendale shopfront is usually the perfect dessert go-to after taking your fill of Spice Alley's wide variety of Asian cuisine. In 2017, Koi also opened up a branch in Ryde. Now, you'll be able to sample Koi's range of immaculately presented, work-of-art style desserts in Waterloo too.

The pop-up will be tucked away in a display centre by the Mastery by Crown group and will be serving up sweet treats on Thursdays through to Sundays until October.

Check it out from Thursday, August 20 at 30 O'Dea Avenue, Waterloo.
