Time Out says

Imagine eight fine-dining restaurants from across the globe sandwiched into a luxurious hotel buffet. That’s the concept at Kitchens on Kent, the all-day restaurant at the oh-so-elegant Langham hotel in Millers Point.

In addition to the lavish displays of soups, salads, seafood and charcuterie, you’ve also got a handful of interactive cooking stations whipping up dishes to order. Keep things classic with fresh pasta or some meat off the rotisserie, or go all out and gorge yourself on the likes of Indian curries and handmade naan bread fresh from the tandoor oven, stone-cooked pizza, wok-tossed noodles, fresh dim sum and whatever’s sizzling on the Japanese robata grill.

When you’re done with all that, find that second stomach and sidle up to the cheese and dessert stations, where white and milk chocolate fountains await, along with more than 30 different puddings, cakes, tarts, biscuits and bon bons – and, of course, save room for the range of ice creams.
