Choose from three different caviar dishes by chef Dany Karam (Siberian sturgeon, scampi or Yarra Valley salmon caviar) with a glass or bottle of specially curated Veuve Clicquot of Perrier-Jouet Champagne.

The Star's own super sashimi bar will be serving up Japanese Toro tartare, Tasmanian sea urchin sashimi and Calvisius Oscietra caviar with glasses of 2006 Dom Perignon Brut Cuvee. Or there's panko fried Pacific oysters, Katsuobushi sorbet and Royal Stirling caviar paired with NV Veuve Clicquot Rosé.

Feast on a three-course menu, each with its own optional Champagne accompaniment. Start with buckwheat blinis topped with oscietra caviar, followed by a scallop risotto and finish off with Branzino pan roasted toothfish, baby fennel and lemon consommé. Enjoy glasses of Moet and Chandon 2008 or 2006 Grand Vintage or Dom Perignon Vintage 2006.
