Castle Crag's Quadrangle Shopping Village has undergone a transformation and one of the first new sites is Holy Duck. It's the second outpost, following the success of the original Chippendale restaurant from Stanley Quek and Kaisern Ching (of Chefs Gallery).
Chefs Neo Ni and Daniel Hu have worked together to create a menu that spans traditional Chinese barbecue (so think duck pancakes, roast beef short rib and crisp crackling roast pork belly) with unfamiliar numbers (you can order duck burgers and Sichuan battered zucchini). You'll also find shareable dim sum, 16-hour slow-cooked sweet and sour sticky pork ribs and of course roast duck.
