Never mind the healthy stuff, here come the carbs. This is the place to go for quality fish and chips. Go a serve of salt-and-pepper calamari or king prawns, and either hammer a serve of chips (it’s the rules if you’re at the beach) or go straight for a salad and some brown rice. Dropping whatever you’re eating in the sand then brushing it off for round two is essential.
