Time Out says

The captains behind NSW’s award-winning steak house, Elements Bar and Grill, are turning a new tide in Walsh Bay with the opening of a sparkly seafood grillhouse. From all-you-can-eat Sydney rock oysters to an extravagant shareable seafood platter, this waterfront gem ticks all the boxes for sophisticated Sydney dining.

You’ll find Elements Seafood Grillhouse on the heritage-listed waterfront piers in Millers Point, where it sits in good company near the Sydney Dance Company and the Sydney Theatre Company. Whether you’re popping by for a pre-show snack, a lazy weekend brunch or a fully-fledged feast, the Grillhouse’s extensive menu caters for every occasion and all times of day.

For the ultimate Elements Seafood Grillhouse experience, you’ll want to book in for the Grillhouse’s $89 All You Can Eat Oysters Bottomless Brunch. Their crew will keep the drinks flowing as you indulge in two hours of unlimited freshly-shucked oysters with Moscato mignonette and blue corn tostadas with grilled king prawns and guacamole, complemented by richly fruity Nueva Sangria, bubbly Nueva Prosecco, and freshly prepared Bellinis and Mimosas.

In Elements’ signature style, the lunch and dinner menu delivers jewels from the sea as well as the land. While the star of the show is Element’s premium fish steaks, you can fill up on drunken bacon burgers, squid ink pasta, fillet mignon, and sous vide kangaroo. Wash your feast down with a limited-edition glass of white wine, a fruity cocktail or a craft beer.

Elements Seafood Grillhouse will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from August 21, with the launch of Kyle Sandilands’ Nueva Sangria in all venues on September 1. You can book through the website here.
