Clubhouse

The menu at the Surf Lifesaving Australia approved new Clubhouse restaurant in Rosebery is doing a bit of everything. Breakfast could be a sweet fry up of grilled bananas with cinnamon tortillas, ice cream, walnuts and maple syrup while the lunch and dinner menus run the gamut from a simple cheeseburger through to a poultry- based riff on a Nicoise using quail in place of tuna.
