La Boite a Fromages translates to Cheese On Wheels, a cheese shop and café run by cheesemongers Aurore Ghigo and Tom Ippolito, who stock their Balgowlah shop with over 100 local and international artisanal, farmhouse cheeses. While you choose what is destined for the cheese shelf in your fridge at home, order a baguette, a toastie, ploughmans, cheese board or a ham, cheese and bechamel croissant. If you're feeling very European you can also BYO wine for a little day drinking or bolster your afternoon with Melbourne's Coffee Mio beans.
