Time Out says

Rockpool Dining Group has launched the seventh Burger Project and this time they are doing things a little differently. Located in Grosvenor Place the latest addition is a slightly altered approached to the burger chain, dubbed Black Label. The CBD spot rocks a sleek, contemporary, all-black fit-out and outdoor seating, making it ideal for quick meals and impromptu after-work hangouts.

They've extended the opening hours and are doing a breakfast trade, which includes ricotta hotcakes, bacon and egg rolls and house blends by Mecca Coffee. The star of the lunch and dinner menu is none other than Burger Project's premium burgers, with vegan, in-a-bowl, and double-up options available too.

The upscale quick-bite eatery sources its beef from Cape Grim, Tasmania and makes its own patties in-house. The signature Black Label burger stacks a mixed patty of grass-fed beef and triple smoked bacon, pickled jalapenos, cheese, onions, lettuce and tomatoes, served with a special house sauce. The Texan burger, inspired by the all-American barbecue, is Perry’s top pick of the menu. There is also a buttermilk-brined fried chicken burger with sriracha mayo and a veggie burger with grilled chickpea and zucchini patty.
