Owner David Bitton creates his own gourmet products including spices, chutney, oils and jams and incorporates them into the seasonal menu. There's genuine excitement on the Kids' Menu as well, which includes pan-fried salmon fillet with rösti potato, scrambled eggs with Vegemite toast, pasta with a specialty Bitton tomato sauce and a cottage pie. Once the little ones have cleared their plates, there’s an extensive play area on the back terrace where parents can watch on while enjoying a coffee paired with toast slathered in the house specialty – Bitton Strawberry and Vanilla Jam.
