This Korean ice creamery is the latest sweet shack to turn to science, using liquid nitrogen to make its iced confections. You'll pay six dollars for a match green tea number with a gigantic green tea jube on top, or you can upgrade to the peaches and Cognac flavour – made with a shot of Hennessy – or the Lana Summertime Happiness, a pomegranate juice sorbet served in a hollowed-out shell with a sprinkling of seeds on the top.
