This sister café of the OG St Peters outpost is all about showcasing coffee beans from Indonesia, with an aim to promote the coffee quality of our close neighbour. Try and nitro or siphon coffee, or try it Sydney-fied and milky or done the traditional Indonesian way. Breakfast and lunch dishes are also imbued with Indo flavours, including the tempeh orek burger (which sees the traditional soy based patty flavoured with galangal, garlic and chilli); or charcoal grilled pork satay served with roti, slaw and sriracha mayo. Even the pulled beef burger gets housemade rendang seasoning, and comes serve on a Hokkaido milk bun. Also bonus for city workers – the café is open until 5pm, meaning you can get a late arvo coffee with ease.
