Time Out says

Castlecrag's Quadrangle Shopping Village continues to grow into a food and drink destination, with the arrival of Apera. The 114-seat restaurant sees chefs Jenny Shaw and Ryan Blagrove at the helm, who have shared experience working in venues including the Palisade Hotel, Marco Pierre White’s the Queensbury and Suzie Q Coffee and Records in Surry Hills.

Seasonal produce and wood fire cooking will give direction to the menu, with dishes including Sydney rock oysters with finger lime; New South Wales clams with samphire and nduja oil; Cowra pasture-fed lamb shoulder with Warrigal greens and chimichurri; and Bannockburn salted chicken. You'll find the emphasis on Australian ingredients carries through to the drinks and wine menu, with sodas from PS40, gin from Archie Rose in Rosbery and wines from right across New South Wales.
