The latest addition to the Streets of Barangaroo, 12-Micron, has launched a new express lunch menu.
Stop in for a business lunch and try two courses for $45 or three courses for $55 from a menu devised by chef Justin Wise, all enjoyed against a backdrop of beautiful waterfront views.
Start with a first course of cobia, baby leek, beach caviar and sea urchin emulsion; Moreton Bay bug rice paper rolls with lemon nam jim, or goat's cheese tortellini with charred radicchio, walnuts, raisins and a burnt butter sauce.
For your main choose between Griffith Murray cod with heirloom tomatoes crème fraîche and macadamias; lamb with spinach, Iron Bark honey and damper; or a roast chicken breast with chicken fat roast potatoes and chargrilled sweet corn.
Finally, cap off your meal with a sweet number from 12-Micron's specialty dessert bar, such as a lemon tart or Darren Purchese's signature mandarin, salted caramel, tonka bean and chocolate tartlet.
The express lunch menu is available Monday through Thursday 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
