There will be countless racks of designer dresses for you to sift through, with a large range donated to Vinnies by an anonymous bridal shop that recently closed down. Some of the dazzling new dresses retail for up to $4,500, but could be yours for 6 per cent of the original price (aka $300).
Vinnies will also collect pre-loved wedding dresses from all of its metro op shops, with prices for these starting at $50. You know that saying “something borrowed” – this is your nifty and sustainable solution, and also means you’ll have more dollars to spend on the things that matter – aka food, booze and entertainment.
This really is a one-stop wedding shop with jewellery, shoes, veils, bridesmaid dresses and suits for grooms and groomsmen also on sale. Every purchase is extra special, as all funds will be donated to Vinnies in support of their mission to help people experiencing disadvantage in the community.
The Vinnies NSW bridal expo is going down at Vinnies Waverley on Friday, October 27 from 9.30am to 5.30pm and will run over the weekend until stocks last.
