Time Out says

The man with a ‘Lust for Life’ and a reputation for stage diving is returning to Sydney for his long-awaited Opera House debut. The ‘grandfather of punk’, Iggy Pop himself, has forged a long career over five decades, from his six year stint as the Stooges’ lead singer, as well as the two albums he produced alongside David Bowie. Iggy’s famed sound is a combination of both ’70s rock, and ’90s grunge – paving the way for acclaimed bands such as the Sex Pistols and the Ramones. Witness the living legend as he injects the Concert Hall with an insatiable energy, most likely bare-chested and throwing that defiantly signature stare. We have one question on our lips: Is stage diving even possible in Concert Hall? Who better to try it out then the man who popularised them.
