The man behind this brand-new jazz venue in Ultimo is Peter Rechniewski, the former artistic director of SIMA. It's a large club with a "European/US feel" – so they tell us – and you can expect big international names with a Rolodex like Rechniewski's. Lovers of late-night jazz, take note: Foundry616 will open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
