Summer is slowly creeping up on us, which means so if festival season. Fairgrounds Festival is returning for another year of live music.
There will be a plethora of camping and accommodation options and even an entire section of entertainment for kids.
Expect a quality line up and the earthy and carnival atmosphere to make a return. Plus, food from the region's excellent local vendors, including Paperbark Camp and Flour Water Salt.
Things kick off early this year, with a Friday night performance by the inimitable Rodriguez, supported by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard who are skyrocketing at the moment off the back of their latest album Nonagon Infinity.
On Saturday Illawarra local Bec Sandridge will be repping alongside melancholic American Angel Olsen.
