Time Out says

MOCA started as a conversation between passionate Sydneysiders around the dinner table. Today, it’s a space alive with cultural exchange, and the only museum in NSW focused on Chinese Australian stories – past, present, future. Never finished, constantly evolving.

The museum space in Haymarket is open for a special pop-up exhibition Stories of Home to preview the museum from June 23 to September 23, 2022, before it shuts up shop to undergo a major renovation followed by a grand reopening in 2023.
