Time Out says

Monkey Baa's award-winning musical for kids returns for the autumn school holidays. Pete the Sheep is based on Jackie French and Bruce Whatley’s quirky picture book of the same name, which was shortlisted for the Children’s Book Council of Australia award.

Discover the story of Shaun the shearer and Pete the sheep, as told by four performers playing shearers, dogs and sheep. With Jonathan Biggins and Phil Scott (The Wharf Revue) on the direction and music, this show offers a pun-and-a-wink to amuse adults while keeping small humans entertained with catchy songs and jokes as it explores the challenges and rewards of being an individual whilst being part of the flock.

Pete the Sheep comes to the ARA Darling Quarter Theatre from April 6-17. Tickets are $29 for children and $34 for adults, with specials for families and groups. Find tickets and times here.

From April 21-24, the show heads to Glen Street Theatre in Northern Sydney. All tickets are $28, with family passes available. Find tickets and times for these shows here.
