Time Out says

Mini fashionistas can strut their most artistic stuff at this workshop at the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. The fashion-forward kids program is running in conjunction with their current exhibition Reigning Men: Fashion in Menswear 1715 – 2015 and will let kids create their own costumes out of fabrics and paper, plus recycled clothes and materials they’ve brought from home.

There’s also the opportunity to model their designs on a museum mannequin or explore the weaving wall. The experience is best-suited to kids under five, and it’s included in the museum admission price.
