Two Sydney brothers will be rolling into Parramatta every day throughout summer scooping up something a little different. Doughlish is and edible cookie dough cart, popping up at Westfield Parramatta. Tapping to their childhood memories of eating cookie dough straight from the bowl, Saul and Adam Caspary (who are just 21 and 23-years-old respectively) decided to bring the food trend to the streets of Sydney after seeing it in New York. The pair worked with a chef to develop a dough recipe that's both edible in its raw form (which means there's no raw egg in there) and that you can take home and bake, too. Each scoop is made with heat-treated flour and comes served in a cup or cone. You can also add in a scoop of vanilla ice cream on hot days. The flavour range is where these guys have really stepped up to the plate, inspired by both baked goods and ice cream parlours alike – there's chocolate chip, rainbow, salted caramel, honeycomb, Reece’s peanut butter, brownie, lamington and pandan.

The Doughlish cart is located in Westfield Parramatta from Monday October 30 until Tuesday January 30
