Move over, Roar N Snore, there's a new nomadic sleepover in town. This summer, you can book into a boutique campsite called Bedouin on the Beaches, pitching up on Sydney Harbour’s North Head for seven weeks.

Simple Pleasures Camping Co will pitch ten luxury tents on the grounds of the ICMS, overlooking Manly Beach, from December 14-January 31. Yes, you read that right, you can camp out on New Year's Eve. Each tent is equipped with fashionable linen from In Bed, Hugo Sleep mattresses and rugs from around the world. So glamorous.

It’ll cost $400 for a couple to spend the night, and brekky at the Boathouse Shelly Beach will be included in every booking. Plus, there’ll be optional food and drink packages available – including an arrival bottle of Laurent-Perrier Champagne or a tasting board from the Artisan Cheese Room.

You’ll be able to bump up your package to include dinner at Papi Chulo and even surf lessons from Manly Surf School.

If you’re travelling to Lost Paradise or Splendour in the Grass 2017, you’ll be able to find Simple Pleasures Camping Co's tents there too. They also have camping sites at Seal Rocks, Bluey’s Beach, Wallis Lake and Booti Booti National Park.

Suddenly, a summer staycation seems a whole lot more appealing.

Bedouin on the Beaches is available from Dec 14-Jan 31. Tickets are available now from Simple Pleasures Camping Co’s website.
