Time Out is giving you the chance to win a dinner for four to the value of $500 at celebrity chef Luke Mangan’s tapas bar, Mojo. The Waterloo warehouse space showcases dishes from all 19 of Mangan’s restaurants from around the world, including in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia – from freshly shucked oysters and kingfish sashimi to tempura prawn tacos and lamb rib pancakes.
