The Bourbon Flight ($40) will put forward oaky numbers from across the US, and will have you swilling your way through Elijah Craig Small Batch, Bulleit 10yo, Makers 46 and Russell's Reserve Single Barrel. The Age Flight ($50) will take you through whiskeys from across North America, while showing off what a couple of years can do to the spirit. You'll sample Bookers 7yo, Eagle Rare 10yo, I.W. Harper 12yo and Johnny Drum Private Stock 15yo. The Rye Flight ($65) takes you through American and Canadian rye whiskeys; while the Flavoured Whiskey Flight ($90) will have you sample botanical, maple and smoke infused numbers. You'll also find the Michter's Flight ($80), which showcases pours from America's first whiskey company, alongside the High West Flight ($85), the Whistlepig Flight ($120) and the Seven Stills Flight ($130).
