This jumping spot located on the, well, upper level of the popular Surry Hills watering hole is where you'll find local musos doing their thing on the weekend, and it's also been known to host international touring acts in the mood for the so-called 'intimate gig'. (Jessie Ware packed it out a couple of years ago, and Sydney girl turned overseas favourite Betty Who popped in for a solo show when she tore through town as the support act on Katy Perry's Prismatic tour.) After dark on Sundays, the boys who attend the Berro's hugely popular Sunday session make their way here from the beer garden and turn the whole place into a giant, heaving dance party that goes till 1am.
