There's more after hours action on the north side of the Bridge now that the Public, a Mediterranean bar and restaurant, has opened in Cammeray. One side of the menu is dedicated to coastal European snacks like taramasolata, chargrilled octopus and pan fried cheese doused in honey and lemon, but the other side saves space for typical bistro fare like burgers, schnitzels, and fish and chips. It's an Australian/Greek tavern snacks mash-up.
