Parramatta’s first craft brewery is a serious operation. Currently they are hard at work brewing batches of their 33 golden ale, 44 American amber, 55 pale ale, 69 summer ale, 77 India pale ale and 88 robust porter to sate Sydney's growing appetite for craft beer. Head here for the freshest brews in town on Friday and Saturday afternoons when their tasting bar opens and you can get growlers filled directly from the taps at the cellar door. The bar can only house about a handful of punters before they start spilling out onto the brewery floor, but for a fresh ferment it's worth dropping in.
