Time Out says

At this cosy New York-style pizzeria and bar in Darlington (or Chippendale, depending on who you ask) there’s a lot of both old and new going on. They’re housed in a heritage-listed building dating back to the 19th century, but the interior is nice and polished thanks a recent transformation. On the menu are classic slices like margherita and pepperoni as well as vegan numbers made with dairy-free cheese and vegan ‘meatballs’ – you can even order an apple pie pizza for dessert. They also do gluten-free bases and stock a snappy selection of organic, biodynamic wines, meaning no one feels left out of this big pizza party. They’re dog and family friendly, do two-for-one pizza on Tuesday nights, and will exchange a whole pie for a tenner if you’re a student. Each month they host a live jazz evening, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their social media channels to catch the next date.
