Time Out says

Pyrmont is now home to a swish hotel wine bar and restaurant, going by the name of Mister Percy. Located inside the Ovolo 1888, the kitchen is headed up by chef and cookbook author Justin North, and head chef Luca Guiotto who will be serving up Mediterranean flavours in citrus-cured kingfish with horseradish yoghurt; gnocchetti with zucchini, broccolini, chilli and Grana Padano; and local haloumi, watercress and lemon with broccoli puree. There's an extensive wine list curated by the hotel group's sommelier Shun Eto. If you want to make you glass last a little longer (but don't want to splash out on a bottle) many of the wines are offered by quartino (250ml pours), so you can really settle into your evening over a big wine.
