The Miranda Hotel knows live entertainment, and wants you to know it too. Friday nights mean acoustic sets from 6pm, plus a DJ from 9pm and $10 cocktails 6-8pm. Saturdays are spent at Carmen, their nightclub, with local and international DJs from 9pm. Sunday sessions have live music, as well as a $4 Pure Blonde and Bulmers happy hour. Plus they're a family-friendly bunch so there is kid’s face painting 3-5pm in a sneaky effort to get them keen on live music, too.
