Miami Cuba

The Nighthawk Diner team, who have set up shop inside the Unicorn Hotel in Paddington and have a gleaming silver Airstream food truck serving classic Americana, have also opened up a venture in Manly called Miami Cuba. This is the place for a Senorita Sloppy Josephine, a Tex-Mex sloppy joe with chilli beans, spiced tomato gravy, chipotle mayo and American cheese, or a Han Sleazy, a refreshing blend of sloe gin, apricot brandy and lime by the beach.
