The Lord Dudley's Garden restaurant is pairing up with England’s longest standing gin distilling family to present Hayman’s Gin Supper Club. Every night in October you can explore Hayman's gin and its delicate botanicals, matched with classic English-style entrées and mains.
Choose from a starter of cured salmon or a country-style pork and veal terrine. You can follow this up with a main of pan-fried sand whiting with celeriac purée and lemon beurée blanc; or Mirrool Creek lamb rump with pea purée, fried eschalots and jus. Each dish will be coupled with a different complementary cocktail, like Hayman’s Sloe and lemon tonic, a Negroni, or a Mediterranean Spritz.
You can enjoy a starter and a cocktail for $25, or a main and a cocktail for $40. Or go all out and try the Gin Supper Club special, with two courses and two cocktails for just $60. It's all within the Dudley's recently revamped restaurant the Garden, which features a glass and sandstone encased atrium and is filled with a jungle's worth of hanging plants.
