Enjoy a Yellow Hour summer at Hilton Sydney

Veuve Clicquot and Hilton Sydney are helping you to send off summer at Yellow Hour by celebrating the tasty pairing bubbles and bites.

Each Hilton Sydney bar will transform into a Champagne oasis with Veuve Clicquot's signature yellow hue being splashed across the bars and restaurants. Plus, every evening from 5-7pm glass brasserie, Marble Bar and Zeta Bar will each offer Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne flutes for $20 or a bottle for $120. 

Zeta Bar will be shaking up $15 cocktails including the refreshing Almond and Scorpion with cognac, Crème de Cacao, passionfruit puree and Veuve Clicquot; the stylish La Dolce Vita with port, Campari and Veuve Clicquot; and the signature Zeta 75 with Beefeater Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Veuve Clicquot. 

Meanwhile, glass brasserie will be doing two exclusive tasting plates with a Yellow Hour special of freshly shucked oysters with Champagne granita. 

Whether you're after a glass of Champagne to kick off the evening or a nightcap cocktail to see out the night, Yellow Hour will have something to make your night out in Sydney sparkle.
