Bondi's got a new tropical cocktail bar

Hotel Bondi is summer ready with the opening of the new Curlewis Bar. The beachside bar has been revamped, complete with a retro cocktail menu curated by Sweet&Chilli. Try a toasted Coconut Espresso Martini or a Tanqueray Crusta with Tanqueray Gin, Hennessy Cognac, lemon juice, apricot nectar and lemon thyme. You can also order up cocktail jugs like the Pomegranate & Cranberry Mojito or a Bloody Mary with Ketel One vodka, tomato and lemon juice, housemade spice mix, chipotle sauce, cucumber, olives and celery. 

Friday and Saturday nights see resident DJs hop behind the decks to spin Balearic, nu disco and house music till late. Settle into the weekend with tunes and a late-night happy hour 9.30-11.30pm (RSA laws and conditions apply). 

To celebrate the opening of the Curlewis Bar, Hotel Bondi will be hosting a summer launch party on December 10, with tunes, cocktails and canapés. RSVP is essential and spaces are limited (email rsvp@hotelbondi.com.au).

The Curlewis Bar is located within Hotel Bondi and is open weekly Thu, Fri 5pm-late; Sat 4pm-late and Sun 2pm-late.
