They are pouring a combination of up-and-coming varieties alongside Australian classics, showcasing the diversity of our country's wine scene, from cool climate Tablelands drops to fresh biodynamic numbers.
To cap off the month, on May 24 the Winery will also host a four-course dinner, with matched Aussie wine, for just $85pp. Bookings are essential.
