Sole Uno Wellness

Located in Rheinfelden just a short distance from Basel, the Sole Uno Wellness World offers an array of ways to relax. This large wellness facility includes: three types of saltwater pool; a fire and ice pool; themed showers; and saunas and hammams, all ensuring you can try relaxing steam or an invigorating shock to the system depending what you think your heart can take. There are several rituals and massages on the menu, including a Russian birch ritual that feels better than it sounds, as well as cosmetic and beauty packages. Children are admitted to the swimming pools from age four but must be 14+ to use the saunas. This relatively upmarket spa space is a good choice for a cold winter’s day when the sky is grey and your system needs a pick-me-up.
