Swiss TV chef Benjamin Luzuy’s classy-but-casual restaurant has opened in Vevey just
in time for spring – and is already setting tongues wagging. The concept is mezze-style dishes perfect for sharing, and the open kitchen is helmed by Portuguese chef Joana Fernandes, who dishes up seasonal favourites with flavourful twists. Current highlights include the moreish beetroot carpaccio salad with galangal (CHF10) and fresh wing of ray, delicately seared with sorrel alongside new potatoes and broccoli (CHF20). An extensive wine and cocktail list helps lubricate the festivities, which can be enjoyed indoors or on the patio.
